Thank you. Dr. Johnson is reported to have remarked that "when a man knows he is to be hanged in a fortnight, it concentrates his mind wonderfully." The Antitrust Division has not, as far as I know, proposed capital punishment in Sherman Act cases, but the punishment's certainly gotten a lot more severe, and I suspect that, as private practitioners, we're all going to have more clients coming into our offices whose minds are properly concentrated for what they're about to undergo.
