Острый деструктивный панкреатит: прогноз и лечение

The constantly growing prevalence of acute pancreatitis and its high level of lethality, even taking into account the modern methods of treatment, demand of perfection of traditional ways of treatments and searching of the new ones. The results of treatment of 100 patients with different forms of acute pancreatitis and the experience of using of probiotic Sporobacterin have been presented. Also the ways of prediction of acute pancreatitis clinical course are offered on the base of detection of malonic dialdehyde's level in pancreas biopsy material and lactate's level in blood.
