P.61: Mold Transfer Processed Organic Light Emitting Diodes using Patterned Conductive Polymer Electrode

2013
We fabricated OLEDs with a micro patterned flexible transparent conductive polymer electrode by the mold transfer process (MTP). For the polymer anode, the electrical properties of PEDOT:PSS can be enhanced by adding additives in order to improve its conductivity and make it possible to control the surface energy of the substrate for the MTP. This process allows the successful fabrication of mold transfer processed OLEDs by using patterned conductive polymer anodes without indium tin oxide (ITO).
