Manifestation of Livin Genes in the Tissues of Cervical Carcinoma

[Objective]To explore the manifestation of Livin in the tissues of cervical carcinoma.[Methods] Streptavidin biotin-perosdase(SP) method was applied to detect the manifestation of Livin in the tissues of cervical carcinoma;analysis was made on its relationship with the pathological grading of cervical carcinoma and clinical periods.[Results]Livin was not detected in the normal cervical tissues;40 out of 57(70.1%) cases of cervical carcinomas tissues were found with Livin;the positive rate of Livin manifestation had positive relationship with the pathological grading of cervical carcinoma and clinical periods.[Conclusion]The abnormal manifestation of Livin plays a certain role in the attack of cervical carcinoma and is closely related with the pathological grading of cervical carcinoma and clinical periods.
