Polyethylene with high thermal conductivity

2007
The invention discloses polyethylene plastic with excellent heat conductivity, which significantly increases the heat conductivity of HDPE material through modifying high density polyethylene (HDPE) material with heat conductivity ceramic material. The proportion (weight ratio) of material is that 100 parts of high density polyethylene (HDPE), 45-55 parts of silicon carbide (SiC), 5-15 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and 3-8 parts of lubricating agent (PE wax). Heat conductivity ceramic material silicon carbide powder is added in high density polyethylene, thereby increasing the heat conductivity of material, simultaneously ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is added, which increases shock resistance.
