Application of Multi-responses Method in College Gymnastics Technique Teaching

In order to improve the quality of college gymnastics technique teaching,the author of this paper studied the application of multi-responses method in college gymnastics technique teaching on the basis of deeply research on the theory of multi-responses method.Then the results of the application were carefully data-analyzed reaching the conclusion that multi-responses method can effectively increase the students'gymnastics technique and comprehensive ability.Therefore,multi-responses method should be widely spread.
