N-Acylphosphatidylethanolamines: Occurrence in nature, structure and stereochemistry

Abstract A new glycero-phospholipid constituent of soyabean “lecithin” has been isolated and shown to have the structure N-fatty acyl-O(1,2-difatty acyl- sn -glycero-3-phosphoryl)-ethanolamine.
