The utility model discloses a phase-shift trigger circuit in a digital power controller. The phase-shift trigger circuit can greatly increase the response speed, and can guarantee the response time consistency. The phase-shift trigger circuit includes a clock circuit, a synchronizing signal generator, a counter, a phase-shift setting circuit, a comparator, and a phase-shift pulse output circuit. The synchronizing signal generator, the counter, the phase-shift setting circuit, the comparator, and the phase-shift pulse output circuit are constructed by a complex programmable controller, i.e. a CPLD. The phase-shift trigger circuit uses the hardware counting and comparison to generate the phase-shift pulse, so the response speed is greatly improved, and the response time consistency is guaranteed, and consequently the resolution in the phase-shift triggering link is improved.
