35. DÜNYA SERBEST STİL GÜREŞ ŞAMPİYONASINDA GÜREŞÇİLERİN TEKNİK VE TAKTİK UYGULAMALARININ LATERALİTE, SIKLE VE TUR SAYISI FAKTÖRÜNE BAĞLI ANALİZİ

Bu calismanin amaci, 35. Buyuk Erkekler Dunya Serbest Gures Şampiyonasina katilan gurescilerin teknik ve taktik uygulamalarinin lateralite, sildet ve tur sayisi faktorune bagli analizidiL Toplam 47 ulkeden 222 sporcunun 295 musabakasindan elde edilen veriler kullanilarak tanimlayici istatistikler de yapilmistir. Bu catismanin sonuclari; ilk demelerden fmal musabakalarina kadar sagdan ve soldan yapilan teknikleiin oranlari birbirine yakin oldugunu, fakat final turlarinda puan getiren oyunlarin daha cok sol taraftan uygulandigini gostennistir. Macin sonuna dogru sol taraftan yapilan teknik uygulamalar, sonuc uzerinde daha cok belirleyici olmaktadir. Genelde, gureste basanit olabilmek icin her iki tarafin kullanimi onemli gozukmektedir. Guresciler ve antrenorler. her yu yapilan dunya sampiyonatarinin teknik ve taktik analizlerine gore antrenman programlarini duzenlemeli ve musabakalara en son gelismeleri takip ederek ve uygulayarak hazirlanmalidir. ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to analyze the technical and tactical executions depending on laterality, weight classes and tours factors in The 35th World Free Style Wrestling Championship. Descriptive statistics were perfonned by gathering data from 295 matches of 222 wrestlers from 47 countries. Results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in the percentage of technical and tactical executions between left and right side in the elimination tours, but most of the effectiye technical executions were perfonned from left side in the final tours. In the last minute of the match, technical exeeutions from lefi side were determinatiye on the match result. Generaiiy, it seems to be important to use both sIdes of body for wrestling success. Wrestlers and trainers should regulate tlieir training programs according to the !echnical and tactical analyzes of world wrestling championship held arinually and train their wrestlers to the competitions practicing new technical and tactical deyelopments.
