Westinghouse Idaho Nuclear Company Technology Transfer Program

WINCO has implemented a very aggressive technology transfer program using a number of innovative approaches. This paper describes the progress to date in implementing the program, including the necessary contract changes, approach during 1993 and some of the initial successes. The lessons learned and planned direction in developing additional innovative approaches to technology transfer are also presented.
