Sacroiliac Joint Radiofrequency Ablation

Radiofrequency ablation has been used as a treatment option for pain originating from the sacroiliac joint. This chapter describes the anatomical rationale for this procedure and an approach to performing radiofrequency ablation of the sacroiliac joint under ultrasound.
