The invention provides a powder semicoke cooling system which comprises a charring furnace, a heat acquiring cooler, a first air supply pipeline and a water supply pipeline, wherein the heat acquiring cooler comprises a shell and a cooling pipe bundle positioned in the shell, the shell is provided with a powder semicoke inlet, a first powder semicoke outlet, a second powder semicoke outlet, a cooling water inlet and a steam outlet, the cooling water inlet and the steam outlet are respectively connected with the cooling pipe bundle, and the powder semicoke inlet is connected with the semicoke outlet of the charring furnace through a semicoke feeding pipeline; and the first air supply pipeline is connected with the air inlet of the semicoke feeding pipeline, and the water supply pipeline is connected with the cooling water inlet. By utilizing the powder semicoke cooling system provided by the invention, powder semicoke feeding and lifting devices are prevented from being simplified, simultaneously the reclaimed high-quality heat is increased, so that the heat waste is reduced. The invention also provides a heat acquiring cooler.
