Filling connection, corresponding container and filling procedure
2011
Filling connection for containers of pressurized gas intended to cooperate with a conditioning to allow filling of said container, the connection (1) comprising a body (2) defining an internal circuit (6) filling between one end of upstream (3) intended to be attached to a conditioning and downstream end (4) intended to be attached to a container, connecting a valve (7) movable insulation comprising with respect to a seat (8) between a position upstream closure circuit and a water down position circuit opening being requested said valve (7) insulation towards its upstream position by a body (9) drive, the connection (1) further comprising a valve (10) anti-dust disposed upstream of the valve (7) of insulation, having said valve (10) anti-dust one end (101) downstream and being movable relative to the body (2) between a p osition upstream end upstream end (3) of the circuit (6) and a water down position opening the upstream end (3) of the circuit, being requested said valve (10) anti-dust into position upstream by a body (14) drive, characterized in that the valve (10) anti-dust is selectively movable downstream either: - to a first position downstream particular call "contactless" that opens the end (3) upstream circuit (6), in which the end (101) downstream of the valve (10) anti-dust does not push the upstream end (107) of the valve (7) insulation, being susceptible the upstream end (107) of the valve (7) insulation being pushed into position downstream circuit opening (6) by an open circuit pressurized fluid enters the upstream end (3) (6 ), either - a second position below certain waters called "cont act "that opens the upstream end (3) of the circuit (6), in which the end (101) downstream of the valve (10) anti-dust will push an upstream end (107) of the valve (7) movable insulation displacing contact the valve (7) of isolating position downstream circuit opening (6) and that the valve (10) anti-dust has one or more steps (103) to guide at least a portion of the flow of fluid passing upstream (3) downstream (4) through the body of said valve (10) anti-dust.
