The anti-collision device is fixed on a pier of a bridge and the outer edge of a bridge tower and is of a chain-splicing-type structure formed by combining a plurality of anti-collision units through bolts. Each anti-collision unit comprises an outer shell and a stuffing material body arranged in the outer shell, the outer shell comprises a composite material face layer or is macromolecule plastic, the stuffing material body comprises a spatial grid structural body and energy-consuming material, the spatial structural body is formed by fiber webs, and the energy-consuming material is located in the inner gap of the spatial grid structural body and/or in the position between the spatial grid structural body and the inner wall of the outer shell. The anti-collision device is good in elasticity performance, can be both of a self-floating type and a fixing type, and can be widely applied to piers of various bridges, bridge towers, bearing platforms, wharves and the like.
