HVAC 시스템 운영 개선을 위한 건물 커미셔닝 프로세스 적용

The purpose of this study is to show the application of building commissioning process for operation improvements in HVAC systems. Building commissioning is an method to resolve operating problems, improve comfort, optimize energy use and identify retrofits for existing commercial and institutional buildings and central plant facilities. The case study building is a office and hotel with total floor area of 195,324 square meter. An energy audit was conducted to evaluate the indoor comfort and building energy performance. This study presents procedures, implementations and detailed descriptions of control sequence and operation comparisons for air and chilled water system. The study result shows 20% of energy cost saving.
