Lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxydative protection had been studied in patients with frost-bitten trauma. The results demonstrated that the antioxydative protection and LPO activity was increased in patients and the ratio of both malonnic dialdehyd anddienic conjugates depends on severity of frostbitten trauma.
