High-performance monitoring receiver RF front-end design approach
2013
The present invention relates to a high-performance monitoring based RF front-end design, limiting amplifier means as an input RF front-end, are sequentially connected sub-octave filter bank unit, a first mixing unit; an output of the first mixer unit 1 terminal and the output terminal 2 are connected to the second low-band IF processing unit, a second high-band IF processing unit; a second low-band IF processing unit output terminal, the output terminal of the second high-band IF processing unit are connected to the third mixer signal input means; 20MHz-3000MHz radio frequency signal into a radio frequency front end, through the first transfer limiting amplifier unit to the sub-octave filter bank, and then 20 ~ 3000MHz signal bandwidth is divided into 6 segments, and high local oscillator mixer and low LO mixer, the output signal of the third mixer unit 10.7MHz, proceeds to the automatic gain control unit controls the amplitude of the output is maintained in the range of about 0dBm 10.7MHz intermediate frequency signal, for baseband processing having sufficient reception bandwidth , image rejection, the whole high gain, the noise reduction coefficient.
