Study on the Kinetics of Annealing Transformation of Amorphous Alloys by Thermal Analysis

Applications of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis and thermal gravity (TG) analysis in the study on kinetics of annealing transformation of amorphous alloys have been discussed.By means of DSC and TG techniques,with the aid of the determination of other necessary properties and X-ray diffraction analysis,activation energies concerning different transforming processes during annealing can be determined and used to characterize the kinetics of these processes and analyse the relations between them.
