Селективная лазерная трабекулопластикав лечении больных первичной открытоугольной глаукомой

Selective laser trabeculoplasty was performed on 76 patients suffering the primary open-angle glaucoma (82 eyes). The intraocular pressure decreased by 7.1 mmHg (39%) and was equal to 13.1 mmHg. After SLT treatment the target IOP has been achieved in 88% of patients with glaucoma (72 eyes) and marked stabilization of visual functions was recorded.
