The present invention pertains to an analysis method and analysis device characterized by comprising: reacting an analyte component and a trapping component that reacts specifically thereto, and labeling the reaction product if the analyte is present, the analyte component being analyzed at a single-molecule sensitivity and resolution by arranging the labeled reaction product at a spatially separated predetermined position and detecting the labeling of the labeled reaction product.
