Ananysis of Dynamic Amplitude Characteristics for Vertical Incidence Chirp Sounders

The article shows the method of representing large data arrays from ionosondes in the form of time dependence of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of a reflected signal (amplitude chart, or A-map). Using the example of data from the Irkutsk multipurpose chirp-sounder “Ionosonde-MS”, we demonstrate the result of A-map plotting.
