Because of a conveying frame formed by the sectional materials and the end bases and a conveying mode achieved through the belt wheels and the conveyor belts, the drive assembly drives the conveyor belts to move so that a material rack can be conveyed, good stationarity is achieved, and the situation that due to the fact that the material rack falls off, the silicon wafers are damaged is prevented.
