Anti-theft alarm system and method

An anti-theft alarm system and method. The system comprises: a human eye detection unit, used for: detecting whether a human eye exists in a target region, and if a human eye exists, generating first trigger information; a human eye recognition unit, used for: recognizing human eye information when receiving the first trigger information, comparing the recognized human eye information with pre-stored human eye information, and sending second trigger information to an alarm unit if the recognized human eye information is not consistent with the pre-stored human eye information; and an alarm unit, used for sending alarm information when receiving the trigger information. Alarm information can be sent when a human eye is detected, so that it can be more accurately monitored whether an illegal person exists in a preset range in which an object is located, thereby improving the security.
