The goal of the thesis “Entry of brewing industry on financial market with emphasis on IPO of company Pivovary Lobkowicz Group, a.s. “ is to analyze the trend of financing breweries through capital market with emphasis on IPO of company Pivovary Lobkowicz Group, a.s. The theoretical part deals with the concept of stock, joint stock company, financing of development of joint stock company through IPO. The practical part is designed to provide analysis of financing development of a brewery through IPO with company Pivovary Lobkowicz Group as an example. Partial goal is to evaluate investment in the IPO of the company.
