Intelligent Vehicle Monitoring System Based 3G

This paper introduces the design of intelligent public transportation vehicle monitoring system on 3G network. A chip Hi3512 using ARM9 as its core is adopted as the system’s control unit. The hardware and software design was introduced. The system through GPS module to collects the longitude, latitude, angle, velocity and other real-time information as well as voice files and configuration files stored in the SD card in order to achieve bus stop automatic function. At the same time, using 3G communication module to build a real-time video monitoring system to meet the needs of the intelligent bus, and has a good application prospect.
