Tabulation of bioanalytical data: an alternative to LIMS

1991
Abstract Current commercially available chromatographic data systems are limited on the whole to the capture of data from analytical instruments, peak identification and quantification of analyses. There is a need for a fast, user-friendly and ‘good laboratory practice’ compliant system for the sorting and tabulation of bioanalytical data. The system described compiles chromatographic data into tables of calibration, quality control and sample data. The output can be generated as hard copy or as an ASCII file suitable for transfer to floppy disk.
