Responding to homelessness in the heart of Adelaide

Operating in the inner city, the City Homeless Assessment and Support Team (CHAST) is a unique multi-agency human service team that aims to improve health, housing and welfare outcomes to vulnerable adults, particularly indigenous people. Its clientele are generally homeless or at risk of homelessness and have high and complex needs (i.e. have multiple needs and require a flexible and collaborative response from service systems).
