The present invention discloses a one nonionic silicone surfactant, the surfactant elongate spacing siloxane and hydrophilic groups can improve the hydrolysis resistance of the silicone. Nonionic silicone surfactants of the present invention, the structure having the structure of formula Ⅰ: Ⅰ structural formula: m value of 1 ~ 100; n is 0 to 20. R is a monofunctional polyether ester structure as follows monofunctional polyether ester, R1 is CH3, CH3CH2, CH3CH2CH2, CH (CH3) 2 CH3CH2CH2CH2 or structure; R2 is α- or unsaturated fatty acid alkyl portion; X value of 20 ~ 120; y is 0 to 75.
