The invention relates to a disc brake, in particular for commercial vehicles, with a brake disc, a brake caliper, arranged in the brake caliper brake application device according to at least one brake lining on both sides of the brake disk, an adjusting device for the compensation of brake lining / brake disc wear, the at least partially disposed within an interior space of the brake caliper and to an adjuster gear with an internally threaded adjusting nut and screwed therein, and an externally threaded adjustment spindle part, which is designed such that, for readjustment during normal operation of the brake, the adjusting nut is rotated with respect to the adjustment spindle rotatably held, and a first sealing means for at least partially sealing the brake disc side of an annular space, on the one hand by the inner wall of a through hole of the caliper and on the other hand, on the oppose through the through-opening and one of the brake pads and extending axially adjustable adjustment spindle is limited, wherein the first sealing means is held on one side to the saddle. According to the invention it is provided that the first sealing device on the other hand, slidably rests against the adjustment spindle.
