Retrieving of a Spectrum from a Non Stationary Imaging Fourier Transform Spectrometer

Motion estimation is used to align the frames resulting from a non-stationary imaging Fourier transform spectrometer. This motion correction is expected to increase the spectral resolution, or retrieve an undistorted spectrum.
