Multifocal parathyroid carcinoma in subtotal thyroidectomy.

The authors report the findings of bilateral concurrent parathyroid carcinoma in a patient with a subtotal left thyroidectomy and previous radiation to the neck. Bilateral concurrent parathyroid carcinoma after radiation therapy has not been reported before now.
