PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical access device for providing surgical access into a body cavity.SOLUTION: A surgical access device includes a housing having a sealing base, a stage rotatably installed inside the sealing base and extending on the substantially same plane as the sealing base, and a plurality of sealing ports extending through the sealing base for receiving a surgical instrument, and comprising a first sealing port installed inside the stage and a second sealing port installed inside the sealing base and put at an interval from the stage.
