Torsion of Pregnant Uterus

Uterine torsion is an uncommon but potentially life threatening condition. The clinical course is unpredictable, hence it is difficult to diagnose and manage such patients. This article reviews the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis and management of uterine torsion in pregnancy.
