Coronary vasospasm secondary to chemotherapy toxicity presents with angina, elevated cardiac enzymes and ECG changes. Although rare, cardiotoxicity is a known oncologic emergency presenting after bolus or infusion administration of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) requiring prompt discontinuation of the drug.
