Scattering of electrons by /sup 3/He at 127/sup 0/

Cross sections for inelastic scattering of electrons by /sup 3/He at initial energy E/sub 1/ = 538 MeV and angle 127/sup 0/ have been measured from the disintegration threshold to the maximum of the quasielastic peak. With use of the SLAC data for 8/sup 0/ we have determined the magnetic structure function W/sub 1/(v,q/sup 2/) in the interval of excitation energies from 12 to 130 MeV and q/sup 2/ from 0.487 to 0.689 GeV/sup 2/.
