The invention discloses equipment and construction technology for strengthening reinforced concrete flexural members through bonding plates, and relates to the technical field of building structure construction. The equipment is composed of support fixing bolts, an equipment support, a lifting device, a supporting cross beam and a lifting platform. First, the support is fixed to the side face of a concrete beam which needs strengthening, the height of the supporting cross beam is adjusted, and the supporting cross beam is fixed to the support; the lifting device is fixed to the supporting cross beam, the lifting platform is fixed to the upper portion of the lifting device, and then the lifting platform can ascend and descend through a handle on the lifting device; plates for strengthening the flexural members are placed on the lifting platform; at the time of construction, bonding materials are smeared on the plates, the same bonding materials are smeared on the lower surfaces of the concrete members at the same time, and the strengthened plates are stably bonded to the lower surface of the beam through the lifting device. On one hand, the smoothness of the plates should be guaranteed, and on the other hand, reliable bonding of the plates should be guaranteed. The construction technology can effectively solve the problem that composite plates deform seriously and are even fractured in the rising process and the problem that steel plates are difficult to fix in the process of steel bonding and strengthening. As a result, requirements of the construction technology can be well met, construction efficiency is improved, and construction quality is improved substantially.
