Effect of Buerger training on hemorheology for patients with multiple fractures in low extremities after internal fixation

2009
Objective To observe the effect of Buerger training on hemorheology for patients with multiple fractures in low extremities after internal fixation.Method Divide 40 patients with multiple fractures in low extremities into observation group and control group by Stochastic Table.20 patients in observation group receive Buerger training for rehabilitation.20 patients in control group receive routine functional training for rehabilitation.Observe the hemorheology indexes on the 3rd,7th,14th,21st and 28th day after operation.Result There is no significant difference on hemorheology indexes of the 3rd day and hematocrit of the 7th day between the two groups(P0.05).There is significant difference on the indexes of the 7th(except hematocrit),14th,21st and 28th day between the two groups(P0.05,P0.01,P0.001).Conclusion Compare to traditional rehabilitation methods,Buerger training can improve the hemorheology indexes more effectively and prevent deep venous thrombosis for patients with multiple fractures in low extremities after internal fixation.
