The invention relates to a method for enhancing polypropylene composition by recycling waste CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) powder and manufacture method. The method comprises the following steps: crushing a waste CFRP material, screening to obtain waste CFRP material powder with uniform grain size, weighing 5-40 parts of waste CFRP material powder, drying the waste CFRP material powder in a high mixer, and then adding 0.1-3 parts of surfactant so as to process the surface of the CFRP powder; weighing 60-95 parts of polypropylene, 3-20 parts of compatilizer, 0-20 parts of toughening agent, 0.1-0.6 parts of lubricant, 0.1-0.5 parts of antioxidant and 0-20 parts of filler in the high mixer, uniformly mixing, adding the mixture into a double screw machine, melting and blending the mixture, extruding, water-cooling, bracing and cutting grains to obtain the PP composition enhanced by the waste CFRP. Compared with the prior art, the composition has the advantages of being high in strength and low in cost; the waste CFRP material is recycled, the environment pollution is reduced, the additional value is increased, and the resource is saved.
