Application of Subcritical 4~# Solvent and Molecular Distillation Technology on Extraction of Ku-Shui Rose Volatile Oil

Using subcritical extraction technology,Ku-Shui rose extract was first obtained,then using molecular distillation to refine the extract.Based on the principle of subcritical extraction,by means of four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment,the optimal process conditions for getting rose extract were determined.Under conditions that extraction time 4 h,extraction pressure 1.0 MPa,extraction temperature 30 ℃,and extracting 3 times,the highest extract yield was 4.72 ‰.Rose extract was purified by molecular distillation to get rose oil which has pure odor and elegant color.The yield of oil is close to 1.0‰.
