Experimental Study of Transient Processes in the Electric Pump Block with Throttle Control

In this report are presented and analyzed experimental data on transient processes in the electric pump unit comprising of an external gear pump driven by a threephase asynchronous electric motor. The throttle load control of the electric pump unit is realized and the basic parameters of energy-conversion processes are registered in dynamics, respectively, motor, gear pump and heat load on the oil tank. A thorough analysis of the processes was conducted and important practical conclusions were drawn.
