Replacement of the Extracardiac Conduit for Infective Endocarditis After a Fontan Operation

We report the management of infective endocarditis after an extracardiac Fontan operation. Obstruction of the infected conduit and the associated pulmonary arterial embolism led to failure of the Fontan circulation.
