Gastrointestinal bleeding from large angiomas

Three cases are reported of patients with persistent bowel haemorrhage. In all cases multiple barium studies and endoscopy were negative, but angiography eventually showed large angiomas of the bowel. Whilst small angiodysplasias are well documented in the literature large angiomas like these have only rarely been recorded.
