Use of a pharmaceutical combination preparation comprising an oral contraceptive, whose active ingredients consist of a progestin or a progestin in combination with estrogen, and a pharmaceutically acceptable calcium and a vitamin D preparation, in a single packaging unit for contraceptive treatment of women of childbearing age to reduce the negative influence of the contraceptive on the amount of peak bone mass at the age of 30 to 35 years, or to obtain a very high bone mass.
