59.2: Invited Paper: Development of CNT-FED by Printing Method

4″ to 20″ carbon nanotube field emission display (CNT-FED) and back light unit (CNT-BLU) have been fabricated by printing method. The gated arrays of cathode plates were fabricated by screen printing and photolithography processes. Taiwanese research results on FEDs are also described.
