Использование стереомодели в городских геоинформационных системах

Issues of usage of GIS for structural assessment are considered. This makes it possible to use spatial information as three-dimensional graphic models, such as «Talka-GIS», GIS «Karta 2008» and etc. New approaches to information processing that allows to locate plane and altitude coordinates are suggested for reald-world problems solution using geoinformation systems.
