Effect of Grinding Process on The Wafer TTV

The grinding process directly affects the surface quality of silicon wafer quality parameters,among these parameters,total thickness variation is one of the important index in differential geometry parameters of the silicon wafer quality. Effect of chuck rotation speed,wheel infeed,spindle speed grinding process on the wafer TTV are analyzed.
