Compound of the formula: (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) wherein X is NR, an oxygen or sulfur atom, a group of formula (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) or a single bond, Y is NR, an oxygen or sulfur atom, a group of formula (CF DRAWING iN BOPI) or a single bond, R can be a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical, g being equal to 1 or 2, provided that at least one of X and Y is other than a single bond; Z is aryl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl R1 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, lower alkenyl or aryl; R2 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl, aroyl or acyl; m is an integer from 0 to 4; n is an integer from 0 to 4; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof . These compounds are inhibitors of the 5-lipoxy-genesis of arachidonic acid and are therefore useful as antiallergic agents and anti-psoriasis.
