Progress on vesicle as drug carrier.

With signif icant solubilization and stronger robustness and stability of bilayer,the vesicle as a drug carrier has a series of advantages such as wide administration routes,high stability of drug-loaded and drug solubilization,improved bioavailability of drug.This paper introduces the research on vesicle as a drug carrier,including the formation of vesicle,selection and application of bilayer membrane,and summarizes the applications of vesicle in oral,local and in vivo administration.
