The Survey and Research of the Demanded Service on the Health Management of the Community Patients with Hypertension

Objective:To study the project of the demanded health management service of hypertension patients in community.Methods:Selected 300 cases(14%) high blood pressure patients from the 2 122 cases of the jurisdiction of the community for research.Adopted the self-designed questionnaire on hypertension patients baseline to make a research.Results:All questionnaires had been recollected,of which 274 cases were qualified,the qualified rate had reached to 91.3%.Among the 274 patients,114 cases(41.6%) were at high risk,160 cases(58.4%)at an extremely risk.Patients seemed dose not really need the basic nursing technology service,the top six needing projects are as follows,insist on drug using and use rationally,diet instruction,the core indicators monitoring,reasonable sports guidance and help,regular health check,family small box management direction.Conclusion:High blood pressure patients had an high requirement of the health intervention,on the contrary,the needs of basic nursing technology service is little,basic nursing service provided by the community nurses can not meet the requirements of these hypertension patients,and the degree satisfaction is low.So the health management ability of the community nurses should be strengthened,and the scope of the community health management broadened.
