This study has a main purpose that closely examines the structural relationship among viewing motivation, viewing satisfaction, viewing attitude, and re-viewing intention of professional soccer spectators. In order to achieve it, the sample from professional soccer spectators" were accumulated by using convenience sampling. The samples were 500 people, and we excluded unsuitable sheet like that were decided as untrustful one and an omission, and unclear. So the final samples were 406 people and it is the conclusions as follow. First, the viewing motivation has influence on the viewing satisfaction. Second, the viewing satisfaction has influence on the viewing attitude. Third, the viewing satisfaction has influence on the re-viewing intention. Fourth, the viewing attitude has influence on the re-viewing intention.
